Meet The Team

In 2017 Founder Julia Buchanan launched Virtual Business Services when she saw a need in the small business and non-profit community for efficient, low-cost administrative services. Since, she has expanded her staff to provide an even wider array of service offerings.


Julia offers expertise in office management, event planning and logistics, social media marketing, statistical analysis, database management, and change management. Julia earned her BS in Health Services Management at Indiana University with a minor in economics. She is a certified Triple P (Positive Parenting Program) educator and holds a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma.


Donna has extensive experience in print and digital media, as well as marketing, communications and branding. For 12 years Donna served as Assistant Vice President for Marketing & Communications at the University of Cincinnati. Donna also worked in communications and marketing at Wright State University and the University of Dayton. She earned a BA in communication with a minor in marketing from the University of Dayton.

w-herman-jolie-125x125Jolie earned a degree in Psychology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She is also certified in paralegal studies. Jolie is timely and great with details. She is experienced in editing, and social media/video services. She has worked in a variety of non-profit organizations.
